The following services are provided at no additional charge to NetNearU
Network Operators:
- Internet-based server access to the TRACKOS reporting system and tools, allowing network operators to track
activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A user name and password will be offered to
the network operator to access detailed reporting available through the company's TRACKOS
system.
- Software technical support provided to network operators for NNU software
products.
- Software updates provided to network operators for NNU software products.
- Setup assistance with equipment, limited to TRACKOS™ interaction with the
equipment.
- Automated email notification to network operators of equipment reporting warnings and
errors.
- Limited assistance to network operators for ISP, hardware and software-related problems Monday-Friday,
7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. central time.
